Andrew Rafal has dedicated his professional career to helping families and business owners achieve their retirement dreams through proper financial planning. Andrew is a thought leader in the financial services industry, with features in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNBC, The Washington Post, Yahoo, and more.

Author of two books on retirement, "Climbing the Retirement Mountain" and "The Heartful Retirement: Your Journey to What Matters Most," Andrew is also the host of the podcast "Your Wealth and Beyond," where he has inspired over 10,000 listeners.

He founded Bayntree Wealth Advisors in 2015 and leads the team with the core belief that everyone deserves a thorough retirement plan.

Andrew holds a business degree from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is a member of Ed Slott’s Master Elite IRA Advisor Group™; an organization of financial professionals dedicated to being leaders in the IRA industry.

He is also a member of the Arizona chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a worldwide network of 14,000+ like-minded business leaders who help entrepreneurs reach their full potential.

Beyond the office, Andrew is actively involved in various local Phoenix charities, and most mornings, he can be found riding his road bike through the beautiful Arizona landscape.

As a native Clevelander, Andrew learned the value of hard work from a young age and started his first business in high school: Rafal’s Superior Window Cleaning. He is passionate about all Cleveland Sports and hopes one day to pay an excessive amount of $$$ to watch the Browns in the Super Bowl.
